Note:
The Food and Drug Act and Regulations and the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act and Regulations regulate statements and claims made for food.

Labelling of Kits
Note:
The Food and Drug Act and Regulations and the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act and Regulations require that the list of ingredients and net quantity declarations on the labels of food offered for sale to consumers be true, not misleading or deceptive.

Kit Contents:Juice packaged in bladders
Note:
The Food and Drug Act and Regulations, and the Canada Agricultural Products Act and Processed Products Regulations require the proper listing of juices, juice concentrates and reconstituted juices.
